Hello, this is Ryohgo Narita, the original story author for Fate/strange Fake.
It is a great honor to have such a wonderful event held in Los Angeles, home to Griffith Observatory, Beverly Hills, Hollywood...a city that continues to produce numerous films!
I would like to thank everyone who is watching this premier; the two directors; animation director Yamada-san; Ono-san, who plays Saber; and everyone else who has been involved in this anime. I am truly grateful.
It’s been over a year since the release of -Whispers of Dawn-, which acted as the prologue. The animation staff is currently working on completing this TV series, while I am in the final stretch for completing the final volume. The joy and enthusiasm the audience shows for the anime is fuel for all of us to keep going!
This story may be about a false Holy Grail War, but the experience everyone will have at today’s premier will be undoubtedly real. I hope everyone will be able to experience the lives of the tourists and citizens of Snowfield, as well as feeling the city’s atmosphere through the anime.
I hope everyone will enjoy the prologue that set the stage though the many characters, and then be entertained by the rock ’n’ roll antics by Saber from this first episode! I hope you all have a great day!

Shun Enokido

I'm Enokido, taking on the role of director. This project, Fate/strange Fake, conceptually straddles not only the other Fate works but also the TYPE-MOON universe. The Heroic Spirits and Masters who appear here are all so very anomalous. This was by no means a simple story to work on, and so two directors were summoned to see it through. You never know what will happen in a Holy Grail War. I would be delighted if we could enjoy this chaotic piece of entertainment together.

I'm Sakazume, taking on the role of director. Fate/strange Fake is a new world within TYPE-MOON that goes beyond the framework of Fate. I feel there is meaning in having two directors working on this animation, since both "truth" and "lies" require their counterpart to exist, as shown in this story. With all the animation technology we have, as well as our creative sensibility, every department of our staff poured their hearts and souls into this title so we could deliver a never-before-seen original experience to everyone. We all hope you'll watch it!

I’m so happy to be in charge of the main theme for Fate/strange Fake -Whispers of Dawn- as nZk. The guest vocalist is Laco, whom I trust very much, and I feel their involvement brought a lot of energy and emotion to the song. I’m very excited to see how the music will be incorporated into the show, and I would be delighted if it could play a part in enhancing the viewing experience for everyone!

Hello. This is Shizuki Morii, and I am the original character designer for Fate/strange Fake.
Thank you all for attending today's Fate 20th Anniversary Showcase. I am extremely happy that the world premiere of Fate/strange Fake will be shown in Los Angeles, miles away from Japan. I wonder if it’s sunny or rainy there, and I’m also picturing what the showcase site is like right now.
The production staff and voice actors have all put so much passion and love into this project, making it a truly wonderful title. The gentlemen on stage today, starting with the character design and chief animation director Yukei Yamada, has supervised countless character designs. And from the long list of characters, Saber, voiced by Yuki Ono, has breathed life into this character through his intricate performance. And finally, under the capable hands of directors Shun Enokido and Takahito Sakazume, all the characters have been vividly portrayed, making it a truly mesmerizing and immersive title.
As you watch the first episode, my hope is that you will all be drawn into the world of Fate/strange Fake, and that you will have many memorable scenes stay with you. Please enjoy it until the very end!
